Procedure for Tissue-Preserving Breast Augmentation with Breast Lift
Before the procedure, we conduct a comprehensive medical history, 3D simulation, and ultrasound examination. You receive personalised recommendations on implant type, size, and incision approach. A personalised nutrition and exercise plan supports your healing, while our team comprehensively answers your questions.
On the day of the procedure, we use gentle anaesthesia protocols. Through carefully placed incisions, our surgeons prepare the tissue in a tissue-preserving way, preserve central vascular bundles, and insert the implant using the no-touch technique. Internal sutures stabilise the new shape before the skin is precisely tightened and finely sutured.
After the procedure, digital monitoring records your vital signs and pain perception. A special compression bra supports healing. Follow-up appointments take place on days 1, 7, and 30, as well as after 3 and 6 months. Light activities are usually possible after 7-10 days, sport after 6 weeks.

Thanks to the combination of internal support structures and preserved natural tissue, the shape and position typically remain stable for many years. However, natural aging processes may gradually alter the result over time.
Yes, patients particularly benefit after pregnancy or breastfeeding, as volume deficit and excess skin are corrected simultaneously. The procedure is recommended no earlier than six months after the end of breastfeeding.
Typically, a vertical or inverted T-incision is used. Thanks to the tissue-preserving technique, the scars are shorter and placed along natural lines, causing them to fade inconspicuously over time.
Light cardio activities are possible after about two weeks. Strength training of the upper body is recommended at the earliest after six weeks and with medical clearance.
