Breast augmentation Zurich –
Your specialists in Switzerland

For many women, their breasts are an important part of their self-esteem. Genetically small breasts or changes following pregnancy can lead to a desire for breast augmentation. Aesthetic flaws can affect self-confidence and quality of life. Thanks to modern techniques, breast augmentation is now safe and minimally invasive. The experienced specialists at BRST in Zurich will provide you with comprehensive advice.

Advantages with BRST

Natural results

At BRST, we use modern techniques and high-quality implants that adapt naturally to the shape of the breast and enable harmonious augmentations of 1 to 2 cup sizes.

Natural results, safe and gentle

BRST stands for modern diagnostics and treatment of the female breast. The safe and very gentle procedures focus on avoiding complications as well as achieving a natural result.

Hidden scars

We use special methods to insert the implants, which only require very small incisions, either in the armpit or the underbust crease, depending on the procedure. This means you don't have to worry about any noticeable scars.

No-touch technology

We use a special insertion aid that does not touch the implant thanks to the no-touch technique. Disposable material also minimises the risk of infection.

Renowned specialists

At BRST, you will find a highly qualified and renowned team of specialists. We undergo continuous further training and have many years of experience in the field of breast surgery.

No drainage

Thanks to minimally invasive methods, the recovery time is significantly shorter. Many patients can return to their daily routine after a few days, and drains are not required due to the small incisions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Mia Femtech™ is the most minimally invasive method of breast augmentation. It’s perfect for women seeking scar-free results, minimal downtime, and a natural appearance. The procedure is performed on an outpatient basis via the armpit, without general anesthesia, and with barely visible scarring. It’s ideal for active women who want a quick return to everyday life.

Motiva Preservé™ is ideal for women who desire enhanced breast volume combined with the highest safety standards. This technique is performed via a small 2.5 cm incision in the inframammary fold, also without general anesthesia. The implant pocket is created using a special balloon technique, which preserves breast tissue. This method offers a short recovery time and natural-looking results, making it particularly suitable for sensitive breast tissue or revision procedures.

Classic breast augmentation with Motiva JOY.(dot)® involves a minimal incision in the breast fold and uses a no-touch technique for implant insertion, minimizing risk. State-of-the-art Ergonomix2® implants ensure a harmonious appearance at any size. Thanks to integrated Qid® technology, all implant data can be read securely, even years later, which is especially valuable for follow-ups, doctor changes, or treatment abroad.

In the first few days after surgery, most patients experience a feeling of tightness or discomfort, similar to intense muscle soreness. This is completely normal and can be well managed with regular cooling, rest, and personalized pain medication. Typically, discomfort noticeably subsides within five to ten days. Many women feel socially ready after just one week, though strenuous activities should still be avoided.

With minimally invasive techniques such as Mia Femtech™ and Motiva Preservé™, discomfort is significantly reduced. These tissue-preserving procedures, such as the small armpit incision used in Mia Femtech™, minimize disruption to the breast gland and surrounding tissue. Many patients report returning to daily activities within one to two days, without significant restrictions or the need for strong pain medication.

The results are visible immediately after surgery, although the breasts may initially appear swollen and positioned slightly higher. The final result is typically seen after three to six months, once the tissue has relaxed and the implants have settled into their final position. During this time, the skin and connective tissue gradually adjust to the new shape for a harmonious and natural look.

In most cases, yes. Our surgical approach takes great care to preserve the glandular tissue and milk ducts, especially when the incision is made through the inframammary fold or armpit. This typically maintains the ability to breastfeed. If you’re planning a pregnancy or have concerns, be sure to discuss them during your consultation so we can tailor the surgical technique accordingly.

Absolutely. At BRST, our goal is always an aesthetically pleasing, natural result. Thanks to cutting-edge implant technology and advanced surgical techniques like Tissue Preservation (used in Mia Femtech™, for example), the breasts feel particularly soft, move naturally with your body, and are neither visible nor palpable when placed correctly. The sensation when touched is very close to that of natural breast tissue, which is one of the key benefits of our premium implants.
