«A woman should be free to have her body operated on.»

For both sexes, the biological end goal of a more attractive appearance is reproduction. From the perspective of a heterosexual woman, that means, in this moment, wanting to appeal to men. To me, however, this doesn't automatically contradict feminism. Still, I understand the idea that we are always exposed to socio-cultural influences, which raises the question of how self-determined a person's decision for an aesthetic procedure really is. Feminism should lead to gender equality being achieved with or without what we consider "feminine" external attributes. And so a woman should be free to surgically enhance her body - including her genitals - and feel more comfortable in her own skin as a result.
