Implants Used
The Ergonomix2® SmoothSilk® implants are the current generation of ergonomic breast implants. They have been designed to offer a natural appearance and a comfortable feel — and to feel like a part of you.
They use a specially developed silicone gel technology designed to adapt to the wearer's movements. The implants feature a patented, smooth surface for high biocompatibility and incorporate ZENSOR technology for identification and traceability.

The Breast Augmentation Process
Before the procedure
During the procedure
The breast tissue is not fully divided, which allows the implant pocket to be minimised. This gives the ergonomic implant the space to unfold naturally. Thanks to this tissue-preserving technique, even larger implants can be placed without weakening the tissue over the long term. This is what we refer to as "Preservation Breast Augmentation".
In doing so, we forgo conventional sizers (trial implants) in order to reduce infection rates and enhance your safety. We decide together, in line with your wishes and expectations, and tailor your Motiva implants individually to you.
To prepare the implant pocket, we use a retractor — a curved surgical instrument that allows a small, tissue-preserving access. To place the implants, we use a specially designed insertion sleeve, so that the implants never come into contact with the skin or surgical instruments (the No-Touch technique). This, together with the use of single-use materials, enables us to further minimise the risk of infection and enhance safety throughout the procedure.
