Breast augmentation with Motiva Preservé™

Natural results with minimal scarring

Tissue-preserving breast augmentation with Motiva Preservé™

Do you wish for a fuller, yet still natural-looking breast? Perhaps you also have concerns about invasive procedures, long recovery times, and scarring. This is exactly where we step in with Motiva Preservé™.

With the tissue-preserving Motiva Preservé™ method, we at BRST are one of the first centres in German-speaking Europe to offer a modern aesthetic breast augmentation method that comes with several special features and many advantages. This minimally invasive technique allows for a gentle breast augmentation with a short recovery time, minimal scarring, and a natural-looking result.

Look forward to greater well-being and confidence in your body. Learn more about how Motiva Preservé™ works. We are also happy to be there for you in a personal consultation.

The Process

The procedure is based on a special tissue-preservation concept: the tissue is merely stretched. The muscle underneath is also spared as a result, which makes the procedure less demanding and with reduced risk. With this approach, the small scar (2-2.5 cm) remains hidden in the inframammary fold.

The tissue is carefully stretched using the Motiva inflatable balloon. The implant is then inserted using the no-touch technique with a special insertion aid, avoiding any direct contact with the skin. This significantly reduces the risk of infection while ensuring precise, optimal placement. The incision is closed with ultra-fine, self-dissolving sutures, resulting in barely visible scarring. Every detail of this method is designed to be as gentle and safe as possible — preserving tissue, minimizing discomfort, and supporting a smooth recovery.

Motiva Preservé™ - Your Advantages at BRST

Short treatment time

The Motiva Preservé™ method is a particularly gentle procedure and takes only about half an hour. Thanks to the minimally invasive technique, we can perform the procedure under local anaesthesia.

Tissue-preserving technique

Thanks to the special high-tech system used to insert the implants, the breast tissue can be preserved. Through the precise surgical technique, blood vessels, nerves, and lymph vessels are spared. This not only facilitates healing but can also help preserve the ability to breastfeed in most cases.

Quick recovery after breast augmentation

Thanks to the tissue-preserving approach, most patients can return to their daily activities at the latest two days after the procedure. Postoperative discomfort is also usually minimal, allowing for a gentle healing phase.

Natural appearance & feel

Motiva Ergonomix2® implants are known for their natural mobility. They move with your body and feel like a part of you—soft, seamless, and lifelike.

Minimal scarring

A small incision is made in the inframammary fold, resulting in a nearly invisible scar. The wound heals quickly and discreetly, preserving the aesthetic appearance.

More volume, naturally

Compared to the Mia Femtech™ method, Motiva Preservé™ allows for a larger cup size —customizable to your wishes, while still maintaining a natural and harmonious result.

Procedure steps of breast augmentation with Motiva Preservé™

Before the procedure

Every breast is individual, which is why we place great value on a detailed consultation. Our specialists analyse your breast anatomy and clarify whether Motiva Preservé™ is the right method for you. Together we decide on implant size, shape, and placement. Of course, you have the opportunity to ask all your questions. We also provide you with important guidance to take with you, so you can best prepare for the procedure. Ensuring that you feel safe and in good hands from the very beginning is very important to us.

During the procedure

Motiva Preservé™ is performed under local anesthesia and lasts just half an hour. A small access point is used to create a channel for the implant, gently stretching the tissue, which eliminates the need for an incision within the breast tissue. This minimizes stress and promotes rapid healing.

Directly after the procedure

Directly after the procedure, you are looked after by our experienced team until you feel ready to go home. Thanks to the tissue-preserving technique of Motiva Preservé™, the healing phase usually progresses quickly and gently.

Within hours after the procedure

Within hours after the procedure, you will be able to move largely independently. Many of our patients feel fit enough to resume light everyday activities after just 1-2 days, with most returning to their normal routines within a week.

Days and weeks after the procedure

You should avoid physical strain, especially sport, for about 3 to 4 weeks to support healing. Pain medication is usually not required, since the procedure is particularly gentle and is generally associated with only minimal postoperative discomfort. Our specialists accompany you throughout the entire healing phase and are available to you at any time for follow-up appointments and personalised aftercare recommendations.
