Breast Augmentation Zurich - Your Specialists in Switzerland
For many women, their breasts are an important part of how they feel about themselves. Naturally small breasts, or changes following pregnancy, can give rise to the wish for a breast augmentation. Changes you experience as unwelcome can affect your self-confidence and quality of life. Thanks to modern techniques, breast augmentation today is safe and minimally invasive. The experienced specialists at BRST will guide you through a comprehensive consultation.
Advantages with BRST
Natural results
At BRST, we use modern techniques and high-quality implants that adapt naturally to the shape of the breast and enable harmonious augmentations of 1 to 2 cup sizes.
Natural results, safe and gentle

Hidden scars
We rely on specialised techniques for placing the implants that require only the smallest of incisions — depending on the procedure, either in the axillary fold or the inframammary fold. This means you need not worry about conspicuous scars.
No-Touch Technology
We use a special insertion sleeve that, thanks to the no-touch technique, ensures the implant is never touched by hand. Single-use materials further minimise the risk of infection.
Renowned specialists

No drainage
Thanks to minimally invasive methods, the recovery time is significantly shorter. Many patients can return to their daily routine after a few days, and drains are not required due to the small incisions.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which method of breast augmentation is right for me?
Mia Femtech™ is the most minimally invasive method of breast augmentation. It’s perfect for women seeking scar-free results, minimal downtime, and a natural appearance. The procedure is performed on an outpatient basis via the armpit, without general anesthesia, and with barely visible scarring. It’s ideal for active women who want a quick return to everyday life.
Motiva Preservé™ Motiva Preservé™ is ideal for women who desire enhanced breast volume combined with the highest safety standards. This technique is performed via a small 2.5 cm incision in the inframammary fold, also without general anesthesia. The implant pocket is created using a special balloon technique, which preserves breast tissue. This method offers a short recovery time and natural-looking results, making it particularly suitable for sensitive breast tissue or revision procedures.
Classic breast augmentation is performed through a minimal incision in the inframammary fold. The no-touch technique, which places the implants without direct contact, keeps the procedure exceptionally low-risk. State-of-the-art Ergonomix2® implants are used to create a harmonious appearance in any size. The integrated Qid® technology allows all implant data to be read securely even years later — invaluable for follow-up examinations, a change of physician, or medical care abroad.
Is breast augmentation painful?
A breast augmentation at BRST starts from CHF 10,500.–. This price includes all the essential services for your safety and peace of mind: the personal consultation, the procedure performed by experienced specialists, anaesthesia under the supervision of board-certified anaesthesiologists, a specialised support bra, all follow-up appointments, and telephone availability should you have any questions or experience complications. We use exclusively premium implants, or the particularly gentle Motiva Preservé™ or Mia Femtech™ system, which allows for breast augmentation with minimal scarring and without general anaesthesia.
When will I see the final results of my breast augmentation?
In the first days after the procedure, many patients experience a feeling of tightness or pain, comparable to intense muscle soreness. These symptoms are completely normal and can be effectively relieved through regular cooling, physical rest, and individually adjusted pain medication. The pain عادة subsides significantly within 5 to 10 days. Many patients feel socially presentable again after about a week, but should still avoid physical exertion.

Will I still be able to breastfeed after breast augmentation?
The result is already clearly visible immediately after the procedure, although the breasts initially appear swollen and often sit higher than they will in the long term. The final result becomes apparent after approximately 3 to 6 months, once the tissue has relaxed and the implants have settled into their definitive position. During this time, the skin and connective tissue also adapt harmoniously to the new shape.

Will my breasts look and feel natural?
Yes — our aim at BRST is always an aesthetically convincing and natural-looking result. Thanks to state-of-the-art implant technology and high-end surgical techniques ("tissue preservation") such as Mia Femtech™, the breasts feel especially soft, move naturally with your body, and — when correctly positioned — are neither visible nor palpable as implants. Even the sensation on touch closely resembles that of natural breast tissue — a key advantage of our premium implants.
Will I still be able to breastfeed after breast augmentation?
As a rule, yes. During breast augmentation, we take great care to preserve the glandular tissue and milk ducts, particularly with an approach via the inframammary fold or the axilla. The ability to breastfeed is therefore usually retained. If you are planning a pregnancy or have any concerns, please be sure to raise this in your personal consultation — so that the surgical approach can be tailored accordingly.
