Dr. Christian Felix is a highly experienced specialist in anesthesiology, with a deep commitment to patient safety and satisfaction. His extensive career is a testament to his dedication to delivering the highest level of care in both cardiac and plastic surgery anesthesia.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Felix was raised in Zurich and Davos, and he completed his medical studies at the University of Zurich, where he also obtained his doctoral degree. He received his specialist training in anesthesiology at Kantonsspital Chur and the University Hospital Zurich. During this time, he served as an emergency physician with the REGA helicopter rescue service, further expanding his skills in critical care and emergency medicine.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2005, Dr. Felix pursued a one-year specialization in anesthesia for cardiac surgical procedures in Melbourne, Australia. This international experience enriched his expertise, and upon returning to the University Hospital Zurich, he worked as a senior physician in both the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit and the cardiac operating room.<\/span><\/p>\n

In 2013, Dr. Felix advanced to the position of deputy head of cardiac anesthesia at the University Hospital Zurich. Later, he joined the Hirslanden Clinic before transitioning to Hypnocare in 2015. As a partner and part of the management team since 2019, he has helped shape Hypnocare\u2019s reputation as a leader in anesthesiology for plastic surgery.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dr. Felix\u2019s work reflects his dedication to maintaining the highest standards of care, particularly in cardiac surgical procedures and plastic surgery. His expertise ensures that patients receive not only the safest but also the most comfortable anesthesia experience during their procedures.<\/span><\/p>\n
